Nahhh - hamek kau! Seawal² pagi² buto tadik mek dosi promosi riang ria girang bagai kat YM. And bukan setakat kat YM, habis lah mek pukul canang kat Myspace, Friendster, dan jugak mek buat email yang di CC dan BCC kan ke ramai menusia! Hiks!

Mati la gigih nih! Heheh bukannye ape - lama dah tak mintak bantuan jasa reramai tolong vote mek. Dulu mintak vote HERE HERE and HERE utk blog ranking mek, kan? Pastu mek stop - and then kalau ade vote HERE HERE and HERE lagi, semestinya either for Bloggers Idols or utk contestant² utk pageant² yang mek dinch compete. Mrasalah kali nih, nak gak merasa, kan? Hehehehe

19 days left... and counting...
Current mood: okay

The 24 days countdown to "The Day" started 5 days ago, i.e. November 1st, 2006. Well, now it's 19 days left and still counting. Just thought of writing this down in this blog - have nothing better to do, so I thought I might as well do an entry...

Weight Issue:
My weight hasn't been showing much of a great improvement. Before Raya I was happily at 59kg. And now, I'm 62kg (or is it 63kg? Hummm). But looking at my weight chart in my life, I guess I'm doing ok...

  • December 2004 - happily at 55kg

  • June 2005 - Owh well, I was at 66kg

  • December 2005 - Ok, I WAS FAT at 74kg (or was it 75kg? Hurmmm...)

  • January 2006 - Started my diet and I came down to 70kg or so

  • April 2006 - During IQP2006 pageant, I had to settle for 67kg

  • June 2006 - Continued my diet as my weight went back to 69kg

  • September 2006 - During the time I was called in as one of the judges for the totally disastrous Miss Malaysia 2006 pageant, I was happy with 64kg

  • October 2006 - A week before Raya, I was at 59kg or 58kg...

  • November 5th, 2006 - Am at 62kg - last week I was 63kg!

    • So till "The Day" - I still have 4 kilos or so to lose. Do u think I could manage? I sure do hope so...

    Mental / IQ Preparations:
    After what happened during IQP2006, I think I'm confident enough to... NO. Not confident enough to WIN! Silly, of course not! What I wanted to say was I think I'm confident to do better as to compare during the IQP2006. I've been doing some IQ/ mental preparations for "The Day", just in case I make it into the final 10 cut, and as for that matter, this time around, I'm going to be happier to believe that if I don't make it into the final 10 cut, at least I was prepared for it. It's like, better to be prepared, and lose, rather than losing for not preparing... :D Either way I guess you can please yourself all the time. If I don't make it into the final 10 cut, I guess my luck wasn't there. If I fail... I fail. Not because I wasn't prepared at all for the IQ round... :D

    Outfit preparations:
    So far, Thank God that both of my dresses turned out just the way I sketched 'em! Huraaayyy!!! :) And I'm very much satisfied with both of the dresses. Had 'em on and tried to do a lil'bit of cat-walking. Hiks! No problemo at all. Just hope that it won't give any problems during "THE DAY"...

    U ols! Mrasa! Ini lah dia design for my national costume for Miss Venezuela/ World pageant 2006 in November nanti tu... it's somewhat like what Scarlette O'Hara wore when she gi ke that bbq at Twelve Oaks dalam Gone With The Wind tu.

    With tanned make up, owh and the red rose choker with black satin collar tu(1), hopefully I'll look like one of those Venezuelian soap opera princess. HAHAH! Mati la brangan!

    It's gonna be in all white 2 piece corset and can-can fluffyskirt (4).

    Ribbons kat pinggang tu I will be using black lace material, and the off-shoulder renda² tu will also in black lace (same material) with those belt/ ribbons (3).

    A fine line (1inch) of black satin (2) will be added on top of that black lace ruffles

    Hat's out of the topic (5) - if I continue wearing that hat, I won't look Latino Americana. I'll be either "MY FAIR LADY" or someone from France! Hiks! SO instead of the hat, I gantikan with erm, black lace veil (mati lah berkabung katanya kan) with added touches of lots of red roses, somewhat contra la. And with kepuk² fluffy² hair, hopefully that will make me look Latino.

    So ok - nih pulak design mek for my evening dress in the evening wear round dalam Miss World Pageant 2006 in November inih...

    Belah kiri nih - DEPAN yer! Dan belah Kanan ini bahagian belakang yer.. - Hehehe


    Technically, it's rather simple. It's a two piece dress. Corset and a long skirt with that layered trail.3


    This dress, I suppose, kalau KENA dengan the right combi of colour, BOOM! Meletops u ols! Hehehe. Ok.

    The pinggang part tu. It's like this. First wear the corset. Then pakai the long skirt (whichever first la kot). Then, BARU pakai that corset perut 2(yang ade lukisan2 tu with that line of ribbons 1 tu kan) on top of the original 1st piece of corset. Get what I mean dak?

    And the corset perut tu, it's the same material used for the layers kat the trail of the dress2. And that material, would be a BLACK LACE (black lace is so "IN" nowadays don't you think? MATI LA BLACK WIDOW!) Anyways, the ribbon on top of that black lace corset perut tu (or should I say bengkung perut? HEHE) will be of the same material as the original 1st corset and the long skirt. So the dress, all together, would be in 2 colours, just like my national costume - maintaining the same black lace.

    And bahagian depan dress tu, ade belah siket 4 (siket ley? Selalu kalau aku belah, kalau selagi tak nampak pepets mek tu, tak sah! Mati la CONFIDENT kepit maut kan?! Muahahah)

    So there you have it - my preps for Miss World 2006 coming soon in 19 days... I know I'm not over-confident this time around (and I hope I won't be) because as each day passes me by, I'm very worried. Worried about the other contestants, worried about my own performance, worried about this and that - so I guess that nuetralizes my confident feelings and thus making me on average-confident level person I guess...

Owh well - now mrasalah sapa yang nan ado Myspace account tu pun now dosi boleh baca entry pasal kesah preparasi lite² mek iniey kat blog nih, kan? Muahahah! Kalau entry tu was on Sunday, mrasalah now dosi Tuesday, so that means... what, 17 days left??? Hiks! Serams sundel! Dosi kedekatan katanya...

    Apa² pon, jangan lupa vote for mek, Miss Venezuela, nah? For Miss Photogenic Award itiew, nah? Yer - biarpun dari poll tu, 20% jer akan diamek kire, but still, like I said, YOU CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE! Mati lah mek! Hehehehehe...
