Siape nak kerje di "Meja Bantuan" @ Helpdesk? Hiks!


Dearest all,

Zaman sekarang nih PC/ internet/ computer knowledge is a must for everyone, kan? Like, where/ what will you be 20 yearrs from now if you ols dinch know how to use the computers, kan? Hahaha... tapi, meh mek nak citer sikit. Kalau menusia nih dinch hui pasal komputer ke ape ke, say, 10 years AGO, than that's ok la kan. But, like, NOW? 2005? Masih ade menusia yang dinch hui much about pcs and stuffs... I mean I myself pun bukannye expert sangat. Kalau kelamkabut tertungging tebalik gabra pc buat hal ke, tak tahu format tu format nih, coding itiew ini and stuffs like that, mek TETAP mengadudombarujuk pada yang expert (dalam kes² mek selalunya mek rujuk si csi_X or si Kejadah Warriors - EH! I mean, Katadah Warriors @ KW itiew... hiks!)

So anyways, entry kali nih, buatkan mek terbahak² ketawa. Mek got this entry/ email forwarded by KW (see, yang forwardnya tu pun computer genius - u ols, u ols hantar email nih, sebab u ols penah laluinya ke, KW? LOL!). Mrasalah kita nengok kebengapan some ppl dalam hal computers/ IT nih yang telah dijadikkan joke (wallahua'lam, ado ke idak menusia bengap cam nih. Tapi mesti ade jugak kan? Walaupun ianya hanya joke, tapi mek TETAP rase musti ade seratus or dua yang blur cam nih...) Hiks! Yang penting, mek ade letak komen siket after each case! Mrasa lah!!!! Hiks!

    Hi, good afternoon, this is Martha, I can't print. Every time I try it says 'Can't find printer'. I've even lifted the printer and placed it in front of the monitor, but the computer still says it can't find it...
    Komen mek: Nyeh, seriously, how 'bengap' can one get lar? Haiyoh! Motif LIFT the printer and placed it depan monitor? What was she thinking, the monitor got eyes is it!? LOL!

    Customer: I have problems printing in red...
    Helpdesk: Do you have a colour printer?
    Customer: Aaaah.................... thank you.
    Komen mek: Hahahahah - I rest my case!

    Komen mek: Kalau mek jadik Helpdesk itiew - mek akan reply "Awwww... really? Maybe the mouse you moved tu ATE your screensaver..." Hiks! Confirm kena buang keje, kan?

    Helpdesk: Microsoft Tech Support, may I help you?
    Old woman: Good afternoon! I have waited over 4 hours for you. Can You please tell me how long it will take before you can help me?
    Helpdesk: Uhh..? Pardon, I don't understand your problem?
    Old woman: I was working in Word and clicked the help button more than 4 hours ago. Can you tell me when you will finally be helping me?
    Komen mek: I wonder how this old woman managed to call the helpdesk call center? Hmmm...

    Helpdesk: OK, and, what seems to be the problem?

Menyahut panggilan Mother Nature de Mother Earth! Hiks!


Ok, so, the day was Thursday, September 29th, 2005 (yesterday la kan... hiks!) – mek departed for a trip to a camping site called, Kem Kenari, in the district of... of... tah, mek also dinch hui which district but what I do know is that the camp is located kat Yan Besar, a slightly smaller remote area, compared to Yan Kechil, but definitely smaller, much much smaller area compared to Bandaraya Alor Star, Sungai Petani and of course, Gurun. (Owh yes, now I remember. This place called Yan nih is actually situated on the other side of Gurung Jerai - like, the highest gunung in Kedah? Hiks!. Like, Gurun is on the other side of it. Yeah, now I remember... tapi still mek dinch hui daerah apo. Kuala Muda? Errr... memandai jer aku nih) So anyways, why on earth mek pi Kem Kenari itiew, camping ke? Away from kebusian ‘bandaraya AS’ kah? Nak away from my blog ke, ape kes? ADDINCH! Mek pergi atas urusan kerej u o ols; citer nye lagu nih.

Kan mek running travel agency ala² gittu, kan? Mek sort of like rase mcm the company needed something new, something exciting. Asik lah handle pasal kes ticketing la, reservasi la, tours inbound and outbound lah, Umrah and Haj lah, asik² itu jer la. Tak banyak company/ agency in Kedah yang offer trips ke dalam hutan ke, camping trips and motivational courses for students and what not la kan. So mek rase, mek nak buat lah those type of activities/ packages kat agency mek. And what better way to start, dengan pi carik kem² yang sexciting, eh, I mean, exciting utk dijadikan the next top destination bagi mereka yang seek exciting and thrilling camping trips dalam hutan2 itiew semua, kan? And so, the only place yang mek tahu was this Kem Kenari in Yan (heard it from my bigbossdaddy jer) – never been then. Tau² sajo lah, mek nih bukannye suka bebenor nak camping mapping segala bagai nih tapi kalau nak tag along tu, mek tarkik la sangat kesahnye. So since ade this group from pihak kerajaan yang nak organize a family day punye trip somwhere lepas Raya nanti, and they wanted no-ordinary trips (dinch mau trip ke Penang la, Langkawi la, memana lah kan; they wanted something different katanya), so mek suggested la pi Kem Kenari Yan itiew (memandai jer mek recommend tapi mek sendiri tak pernah pergi so how?) So utk mendapatkan that ‘feel’, mek decided to pergi tgk sendiri tempat tu, ala² menengok tapak la... hiks! And while I’m there, I boleh la kot discuss pasal quotations segala bagai tu, kan? Dan since mek pun ade kenal somebody kat sitiew, somebody yang telah dikenalkan melalui phone sajo kepada mek, jadik, mek pikir² balik, why not.

So mek pong set la appointment semua nih dengan that person namanya Encik Johari (nama ala²c andiew...Tapi suara dinch tasy! Pasti orang candiew! Hiks!), dan lepas tu mek pikir² balik, boring la pulak nak pi sengsorang, kan? And terus mek teringatkan si Ex Chief Steward yang ala² secara rasmi tapi tak der lah rasmi sangat lagik pun, menjadik business partner baru agency mek itiew. Sebab dia nih very adventurous punye person. So mek calling² dia dan ajak lah dia kot² dia nak pi. Dia kata, why not. Dia pun boleh la nengok tempat tu cam mana. And so, at 10.30am, kitaorang pong drive lah ke this place called Yan.

Along the way, mek punyelah suka tgk pemandangan kampung yang ado di kiri kanan depan belakang kiew itiew. Cantik sangat u ols! Like, now kan ala² musim hujan kan? So the padi fields were like – magnifique! Mek suka sangat tgk hijau²an itiew semua. That explains why mek suka sangat colour hijau! HIKS! So anyways, dalam perjalanan tu mek banyak borak ngan si Ex Chief Steward tu, dan terlanjur bersembang pasal kes kem tu, dan also pasal that client of ours tu, tetiba nih, dia pun nak kenalkan mek kepada seorang member dia yang ala² in charge kat another hutan rekreasi (which I will get into details, later², nah?)

So sampainya kami kat Kem Kenari itiew, kami telah disambut dengan begitiew mesra alam oleh that guy Johari itiew. What did I tell you? Pastinye candiew sebab melalui nama yang candiew dan sora persis daddy yang dinch tasty, rupa wahajnnya mek dah pasti sure candiew (bagi pendapat mek lah kan) ala ala, kalau sora hazabiah, musti muka tasty. Kalau sorang macho segala bagai, selalunya kes rupa itiew pasti SEDEH! Hiks! So as mek dok dengar dia dok sembang ngan mek ngan this Ex Chief Steward tu (lets la mek guna the singkatan CS for Chief Steward, nah? Kuase lah aku nak type pepenuh Ex Chief Steward jer memanjang! LOL!), mek sebok²lah tulis tu tulis nih kat organizer mek yang hampir ghelai (Bahasa Utara for HANCUR) itiew (maklumlah - dah guna organizer itiew since 1999), snappy pics tu snappy pics nih... termasuk lah snappy pics dia! LOL! Dalam perbincangan mengenai Kem Kenari itiew, serta the activities yang ado, serta the harga quotation dia nak kasik for agencies (especially mine... hik!), mek found out something – mujur lah mek bawak si CS nih tau. Why? Ala²...boleh la jugak dia sembang seriousi dengan si Johari tu, while mek memain camera phone kiew ini! LOL! Mati la mek memain bile orang lain tgh serious!!! HIKS!

Ini lah dianya, Encik Johari, yang asik lah suruh mek call dia ABANG! Mau tak jeles si CS tu! LOL!!!!!! Mati la mek!


So, ok, enuff pasal kes memain tadik tu - serious pulak now. Pasal Kem Kenari itiew. Berikut ialah kemudahan2 serta aktiviti2 yang ado kat sitiew (harga, well, kena melalui mek personally la ek kalau interested nak organize a company trip ke ape ke, family day ke ape ke, contact mek nah! – haiyoh! Sempat promo nih! LOL!)

Lets talk about food and lodging:

  • Kemudahan penginapan stylo Asrama - satu dorm boleh memuatkan 120 pax, mrasalah meriah!!!
  • Penginapan chalet A - stylo bungalo batu katanya - muat utk satu family of 6 pax, dan pendapat mek, boring!
  • Penginapan chalet B - ala² traditional sikit, rumah kayu - muat untuk satu family also, for 4 and/ or 5 pax. Dan yeessss, ini la ciri² classic, boleh feeling perempuan Melayu terakhir... hiks!
  • Kemudahan khemah - serta peralatan camping yang basic jer kot mek rase...
  • Meals - provided (if required), 5 times a day ok!
  • BBQ also boleh diarrangekan
Activities yang disediakan pulak:

  • Jungle tracking - masalahnya, jungle SANGAT ke tempat tu? Ala² la but mek rase, tak tebal sangat hutan sekeliling kem tu...
  • Fire soccer - game utk adults mek rase. Ala ala tendang bola berapi katanya? Mek dinch hui game nih cam mana konsepnya. Bola berapi? LOL!
  • Management game - nih ala ala team building punye game tu kot?
  • Mencarik harta karuns - ado!? Ala² explore race katanya... hiks! Mrasalah feeling!
  • Pendakian Gunung Jerai - pengsan ok! Katanya Encik Johari tu, SELALUnya kalau dia bawak group, paling cepat, 3 1/2 hours katanya memanjat gunung tu. Tapi, dia citer, last two weeks, ade geng Tentera Laut katanya, pi panjat Gunung Jerai tu. And they took 6 hours to reach the peak. MOTIF!? Mana FIT nye? ADO!? Habis kalau tenteran panjat 6 jam, mek yang "ku seorang wanita..." ni, berape jam? 12jam!?
  • Aktiviti motivasi - must be one of those like motivational courses tu segala tu, kan? Bohsan!
Dan package yang mek feeeling nak buat for my agency tu:

  • Pakej perkhemahan (sahaja) for 3D2N
  • Pakej perkhemahan with meals for 3D2N
  • Pakej motivasi (for students, pihak kakitangan kerajaan dan also private sectors) with meals for 3D2N
  • Expidisi Gunung Jerai - 1 night stay, or 2 nights stay
Actually kan, secara keseluruhan, kem Kenari nih mek would have to say, ala² for low budget/ budget sederhana utk kakitangan swasta i.e kilang ke, students ke, boleh la. But as far as I was concerned, tempat tu macam tak sesuai pulak utk golongan kakitangan kerajaan namely dibawah kerajaan negeri pulak tu, kan? Macam, adventurous² pun, some of them, nak jugak jago standard kan? Apa² pun, mek puas hati dengan lawatan mek ke Kem Kenari. At least kalau ade troops yang with low budget, nak buat perkhemahan or motivational courses, boleh la ke sitiew, kan?

Kawasan perkhemahan yang ade disediakan, bagaikan tapak la kirenye...


And so lepas itiew, Abang CS tu pun suggested kitaorang teruskan perjalanan ke BALING, Kedah; dah alang² kat Yan tu, might as well pergi terus ke Hutan Lipur Bukit Hijau tu, baru leh tgk perbezaan dua tempat nih. Bagus jugak idea si CS tu kan? Hiks! It was a good thing dia ade also - kalau idak, tak dapat ler mek pi tgk Hutan Simpan Bukit Hijau tu dalam hari yang same, kan?

The journey from Yan Besar to Baling, required us to guna jalan Yan Besar terus menuju ke Semeling, dan at the end, tembus ke Sungai Petani central (in btween Sungai Petani Utara dan Selatan lor - ala ala kat pusat bandarnya itiew... hiks!) and it took us sejam jer utk sampai terus ke SP dari Yan tu. Dah sampai SP, belok sana belok sini sikit, proceed lagik 1/2 jam kot, utk sampai ke Hutan Lipur Bukit Hijau. The place tak der lah sampai ke Baling. Its somewhere lepas sikit jer dari a place call Kuala Ketil? Ha... MEMANG LEBIH BEST sangat hutan tu u ols, best dari Kem Kenari ni, in SO many different ways! Nak masuk ke tempat/ hutan tu sajo, u ols boleh rasekan yang the place memang lah teramatlah isolated sangat. Nak ke nearest pekan kecil pun, mek rase, nangis jugak lah jauhnya! And plus, jalan nak masuk ke hutan lipur tu, kena lalui hutan pokok kelapa sawit. Cantik dan relaxing jer mek nengok. Tapi kalau MALAM, mek rase - errrr... seram gaks kot!

Antara pemandangan menarik along the way nak ke Hutan Lipur Bukit Hijau itiew... menariks kan?


Sampai jer kami kat sitiew, mek leh nampak something yang menarik. The place is divided into 3 parts. Part A utk orang² awam. Part B utk kawasan chalet dan camping site and what not, dan part C, kawasan ABANG² askar buat latihan hutan rimba dan sungai! MRASALAH depa banyak camping kat situ selalu katanya Abang CS mek tu. Dia kata these tentera semuanya selalu camping dan jalani activity mereka semua disitiew. Balik jer satu group, another group masuk pulak utk bercamping! Lori Askar, jgn tanya lah banyak mana. Askar candiew? USAH DITANYA!!!!! Mek rase mek nak pi lah one day! Macam best sangat!

Ok - enuff pasal kes Abang² Tiarap tu semua... moving on. Sampai² jer kat situ, Abang CS mek nih pi jumpa kawan dia tu, nama apa tah... Jasni? Ape tah. Anyways, si kawannya abang CS mek tu tgh conduct motivational course utk 60 SPM students yang datang for 4 days 3 nights. So mek dapat la kesempatan nak nengok how they conduct the activities for these kids. Meriah dan menarik, dan definitely tempatnya lebih HEBAT dan BESAR serta LUAS dari the first spot tadik. Memang tempat nih sesuai utk those yang berbudget sederhana ke budget besar... memang bagus sangat tempat nih.

I have yet to receive the camps' quoatation faxed to my office by next week katanya. So tak dapat la mek nak kasik in detail macam yang 1st tadik tu. But what mek leh kasik jaminan confirmasi, ialah, tempat nih - LEBIH BEST!

Sungai ini lah yang menjadik, ape orang cakap, penyambut tetamu, errr... bukan. Maksud mek, Sungai indah ini la yang menjadi pintu gerbang nak masuk ke kawasan perkhemahan serta tempat ala² resort with chalets tu semua... cool and refreshing, kan?

A moment like this... MTB Ranked 3rd...


Iyoooo lah! Hari tu mek dah buat entry pasal kes nih dah sekali dulu, kan? Ala - yang waktu mek dapat ranking nombor 1 and then turun satu anak tangga ke nombor 2 di Malaysia Top Blogs itiew, kan!? Ingat dak? (Ala - tak ingat la itiew! Mrasalah click HERE to refresh your memories... hiks!)

Now... hiks, mrasalah mek buat entry pasal pencapaian ala²"one second fame" mek di Malaysia Top Blogs bila mek dinobatkan 2nd runner-up (rank number 3) tadik... hiks! <<<--- *2nd runner-up? MATI LA GINGER yang girang gembira menCNNkan si SHAY yang melaser mek "Ginger, masuk la lagi ratu²an dan menang, dan make L as 1st runner-up FOR LIFE! Binatang sangat kan statement? Tergelak sambil NANGIS sat mek jadiknya! LOL!

So berbalik kepada issue entry kali ini - Yes, it's another moment in time, "A Moment Like This" persis teriakkan si sapa namanya itiew, Kelly Clarkson itiew - yes, mek dapat ranking 3rd dalam MTB! Mek suka mek suka!




Tapi as usual la kan, bende tu, hanyalah utk sekelipan matas sajos. Reload/ refresh balik page MTB itiew, MRASALAH mek dah jatuh ke anak tangga yang ke 9 and soonnnn ke 12 and then 15 and then 18... tapi prasastiPASTI tidak akan jatuh bawah rank 20!!! (mati la mek OVERDOSE konfidensi persis malam Miss Universe 2003 yang mek kalah ditangan berbulu Ginger De La Loca Miss Peru itiew - NANGIS rakyat jelata mek, COLOMBIA! Hiks!)

Owh well - janji, mek suka sangat! Very der self-satisfaction sangat (self satisfaction? Teringat time mek nampak sorang kikilala tgh onani with her legs on top on a coffee table/ side table didalam bilik hotelnya; mek TERnampak melalui tingkap bilik hotel mek. Mrasalah biliknya itiew, di depan bilik mek itiew - EWW!!! Self satisfaction katanya! LOL!) Biar lah sesaat cuma, janji mek suka mek suka! Dan with the new version kat MTB itiew - DINCH BOLEH POSTING comments lagik! Mrasalah tamat riwayat LALATS yang suka dok mengutuk mek disitiew! HIKS!
