A dear friend passed away early this morning...


Dearest all...

Early this morning, a close friend of mine called me up. The minute I saw her number appeared on my hp, I knew it was about our friend 'E'. True enuff, it was about 'E'... and my friend called me up to inform me that our beloved friend, 'E', passed away... Innalillah...

I was, shocked (for apparently many, many reasons), but after awhile, I said to myself... "It is better for E to go instead of living in pain and misery..."

I knew 'E' back in 2001... but not until 2002, baru kami kawan rapat. And believe me, when I cakap 'rapat', I meant REALLY rapat. How? Yer lah, almost every weekend keluar, and I remembered doin' loads of stuffs with him, had loads of fun, when through thick and thin - and I just loved his cooking! And I just love dengar 'E' mengilai ketawa; at times very irritating, ade kalanya nak jugak tergelak, and at time, REALLY scarry! Owh and I almost terlupa, 'E' suka sangat menyanyi, and I love dengar dia nyanyi lagu2 Anuar Zain... but kalau tak silap, 'E's favorite song, semuanya from Broery Marantika... kan Kie?

What I can say about 'E'... very independent, very adventurous, determined and confident; 'E' merupakan a 'one in a million' friend yang tiada duanya. Tak pernah berkira sangat2, very prihatin pasal kawan2, it just buatkan me upset, why dia perlu 'pergi'... namun, sudah suratan; tak leh fight fate, kan?

Apa apa pun, KJ Gals, me, we all semua will miss 'E' dearly, kan gals? I know I will, sebab me masih teringat zaman2 when I had nobody to talk to, nobody to cry on to, 'E' lah tempat me luahkan segala2nya... me love u 'E'... semoga roh 'E' dicucuri rahmat. Dan dengan itu, me harap, we semua can sedekahkan Al-Fatihah to arwah, dan those yang non-Muslim, do take a minute or two, in silence, to pay the last repect to my/ our dearly beloved friend, 'E'... Al Fatihah...

Happy to share the joke with u people... Something for u to digest!

A married couple is driving along a highway doing a steady forty miles perhour. The wife is behind the wheel. Her husband suddenly looks across at her and speaks in a clear voice.

"Darling," he says. "I know we've been married for twenty years, but I want a divorce." The wife says nothing, keeps looking at the road ahead but slowly increases her speed to 45 mph. The husband speaks again.

"I don't want you to try and talk me out of it", he says, "because I've been having an affair with your best friend, and she's a far better lover than you are." Again the wife stays quiet, but grips the steering wheel more tightly and slowly increases the speed to 55 mph.

He pushes his luck. "I want the house," he says insistently. Up to 60mph. "I want the car, too," he continues. 65 mph. "And," he says, "I'll have the bank accounts, all the credit cards and the boat. "The car slowly starts veering towards a massive concrete bridge. This makes him a wee bit nervous, so he asks her: "Isn't there anything you want?"

The wife at last replies - in a quiet and controlled voice. "No, I've got everything I need." she says.

"Oh, really?" he inquires, "So what have you got?"

Just before they slam into the wall at 75 mph, the wife turns to him and smiles.

...."The airbag."....

Never underestimate how a woman thinks.

Moral of the story:

Buy Toyota VIOS as it has only one airbag (for driver only). The husband sure die and wife gets everything!

So, for a husband don't buy a Vios today.... :)
Husbands, pls take insurance! but.. think twice for MCIS insurance.

Know why?

See anything, 'funny'? - Part 2


Ok... so, remember dak the entry mek buat pasal the Pensonic advert, yang mek question about something funny itiew? (click HERE to recap)

Ha... actuallykan, jawapan kepada 'Ape la yang tak kena dengan advert tu', dah ramai yang jawab dalam comment area (thanks for the immediate replies...! Hehehe). These are the replies... hehehehe...


Hehehehe... macam2 la korang nih, kan!? Tergelak jugak mek! LETS, kita tgk pendapat2 yang menarik, and ade satu dua bende yang mek rasa kita overlooked also tau... lets :)



Selain dari itiew tangan Chef Ismail atas that tangan lengchai itiew... yer, cuba perhatikan tangan itiew mamat depan lengchai itiew (the bald ala ala guy tu)... seperti tgh cikcapan kan? (Of course not la kan, silly! Takkan dia nak cikcap waktu photoshoot tu kot? Choy!) Tapi yer la kan, tangan dia, 'ALA ALA' la, kan? Hehehe...

And then, cuba perhatikan, motif diaorang pair2kan couple2 itiew, seperti Faizaru cakap... ade 5 straight couple dan satu couple songsangan, kan? MOTIF? Lawak la - maybe secara kebetulan. Tapi tau tau aje la kite nih semua kan? Otak pun ade jugak melencong terpikir cam tu, kan Faizaru? Hehehe...

Dan yang sesuatuhnya, mek rasa bukan Chef itu la u ols. Mek rasa lengchai itiew la. Tgk, dia dengan muka syiok jer tangan disentuh oleh Chef Ismail itiew, sambil mamat ala ala bald tu duduk depan dia, DAN, notice his left hand. HEHEHE! Mek rasa tangan dia kat belakang perempuan tu, bukannya dipegang pong pompuan tu, mek rasa di cuit ciktan sebelah perempuan tu piula, KAN? LOL! Macam2 lah! SPEKU!!!!! (tapi mek TETAP cakap lengchai itiew yang sesuatuh, kan!?)

And finally. Hehehe... nih... ramai tanya.. "Mana pi kakai Chef Ismail itiew?" HAIYOH! Tu tangan si lengchai dan si Chef Ismail itiew, diletakkan atas apo? Bukannye LUTUT Chef itiew? Memannnnnnnndai jer sape cakap Superimpose tau! LOL!!!!

Bloggers Idol 2005 - 4th elimination and 5th Weeks' Assignments!

Haiyoh! It's that dang Monday again when I have to singkirkan seorang lagi peserta Bloggers Idol 2005 dari mara ke pusingan seterusnya.

Blogger yang tersingkir minggu ini, I would have to say, SYABAS! Seriously, mek tak sangka yang dia seorang yang mampu memberi saingan dalam dunia bloggin'. Daya kreativitinya, serta kesungguhannya harus diberi pujian. Started off well dalam the first 2 weeks, tapi, as the days moved on, kita dapat saksikan beliau kurang memberi yang terbaik utk assignmentsnya; which most of us tahu, dia mampu buat lebih baik dari itu... his last assignment nih however, tak nampak that spark lah, macam, sesuatuh is missing, what happened noq?

Namun apakan daya, sediakala kita semua tahu, dia memang sibuk lately. Walaupun entry assignments nye kian hari kian pendek contents nya, namun, penghargaan harus diberikan padanya yang telah bersusah payah membuat kaji selidik and etc sebelum mempublishkan assignments nya. Biar sibuk, dia tetap berjaya membuat assignmentsnya on time. Biar pun pendek, tapi pada pendapat mek, kandungannya padat - namun tidak cukup utk memberikan impak kepada pembaca, terutamanya kepada pihak2 juri yang memberi penilaian serta permarkahan yang terpeinchi.

Funny dan happy go lucky, itu lah dia orangnya yang tidak mampu untuk meneruskan perjuangannya dalam Bloggers Idol 2005. Namun, apa yang mek harapkan, dia tetap ceria membloggin' dan segala kritikan dan tips yang telah diberikan padanya oleh readersnya serta juri2, mek harap dia akan amik kira dan improvekan dirinya. Blog dia, seriously, I can see some improvements (despite lalat yang kian banyak singgah kat tagboard dia - sabar jer la u ols)!

Apa apa pon, u ols, mek harap, u ols dah had some fun dalam minggu2 yang u ols telah berjaya kekal dalam BI2005 ni, wokeh?

Dan kepada blogger yang telah disingkirkan ini, PLEASE EMAIL ME SEPATAH DUA KATA so that I boleh publish it as an entry for everyone to read. 5th Week's Theme - TIADA TEMA!

Yez u ols, ini bukan typo. Memang betol. Kali ni, minggu kelima - tiada tema katanya! TAPI, kaedahnya, EACH BLOGGERS tetap kena buat assignment. Ape assignmentnya? Ha... mek akan kasik satu topic - mrasalah korang buat entry tu macam mana korang nak buat pon. Paham dak? Like, korang semua will get the same question; dan bergantung kepada daya kreativitian korang, kepakarang korang semua, buat lah assignment itiew. Ala ala Miss Universe final question round la kirenya - semua ala ala dapat the same question! Hikhik! Ape soalannya? Senang jer u ols!!!!

"A hundred years from today, who would historians select as the most influential woman in the 20th century, and why?"

Senang kan? HEHEHE (mati la organizer - mek just menyampaikan bagi pihak saja! Hehehe) Ala ala persis bertanding ratu ratuan, kan? Hehehe. So kaedahnya, maybe one or two bloggers akan pilih the same person as the most influential woman (secara tidak sengaja la kan), tapi, tak kisah la u ols; sama pong tak pe - sebab ape yang kite nak tgk, cara u ols buat assignments itiew. Sama org yang dipilih, tapi musti ade sebab musibab berbeza, kan?

Nampak cam senang, maybe u ols feeling nak buat short entry; but believe me, kalau ade cukup fakta2 kukuh, boleh buat entry assignment itiew sepanjang White House speech ok! (mati la Ivy League! Hehehehe)

So itu lah dia, tema yang NAN ADO dan jugak soalan assignment yang hanya satu itiew untuk minggu kelima ini. Ada sebarang ketidakpuasan hati? Lets - dial 1-300-maaaaaaati-laa-kau! Hehehehe... Assignment dah diberi, apo lagik? FEEELING la cepat! Buat assignment itiew! Hehehe (hadik2 yang bakal bertanding ratu, ini lah your peluang nak baca jawapan bloggers2 nih, maaaaaaaaana lah tahu soalan nih keluar utk top 10 ke? Kekekekeke!)

So, there's that... the elimination, the theme-nan-ado, the one-question-for-all assignment... what else am missing here, ek? Hurmmm... OWH YES!!!!!!!!!!! Juri jemputan katanya!!!

Juri jemputan minggu ini, haiyoh! Perlu ke mek nak intro kan dia lagik!? Sentaps ok! Dia seorang yang VERY well known dalam menerbitkan cerita2 novela novelanya di blognya ok! Bukan satu dua cerits, banyak ok! Dah la tu, penuh bersiris2 - kalau mek la nak buat, NANGIS! Blog nya hanya lah kesah2 novel2 hasil karyanya. Mek sangat kagum dengan dia u ols! (ayat jek Juri ke? Heheheh! Tak per, mek jek dia tak pe. Mek bukan contestant u ols! HEHEH...)

Mek kenal dia lamaaaa dah! Sangat2 lama. Dari time dia active kat IRC lagik. Asal nak jumpa, tak menjadi. Asal nak jumpa, cancel. Tak der jodoh gamaknya. Yang penting, bila dia muncul dengan laman webnya, mek dinch hui sangat dia sapa, not until one day kawan mek cakap kat mek siapakah dia sebenarnya. Lahaulawala! Kawan mek rupanya! (mek rasa, CD yang habaq kat mek, kan CD?)

Mek pasti, minggu nih juri jemputan mek kali nih mampu also beri kata2 nasihat bernas, serta kritikan2 vast (dia memang tunggu turn dia pon katanya - nak caraz katanya? Mati la mek speku!). Mek harap dia also will enjoy being the juri jemputs for this week. U ols, welcome!

Yer la kot Kak Nam oiii... nampak gayanya, cam tu lor! Bila dia mai balik mood nak membloggin', haiyoh! Sampai 5, 6 entry sekali gus mek buat. Kalau mai mood malas, NANGIS! Hehehe...

So ini lah dia yang mek sebok2 membloggin' during the weekend yang baru lepas nih (walaupun sebok entertaining tetamu datangnya dari Gurun itiew - siapa lagik kalau bukan Ginger De La Loca yang buat lawatan muhibahlacur ke Alor Star hari Jumaat malam hari tu. Mek suka sangat opening blog Abang Shak nih u ols. Sesuatuh sangat. Hehehehe - blog dia mek suka masuk kalau dikala nak baca entry2 jiwang puitis. Pandei sunggoh dia buat. Selain dari membicarakan tentang2 isu2 semasa berkait paut dengan JANTAN, blog dia jugak banyak sajian kisah Kumpulan PLU YM dan jugak pasal kes2 diaorang main bola tampaq, siap ada jadual bagai nih. Kot2 la sapa2 nak pi tgk depa main bola tampaq, boleh lah jenguk2 jadual yang telah tersedia di blognya (boleh tgk Ratu volleyball court itiew, si Sally itiew... hiks!)

Yezza! Terbeliak kejaps bijik mata mek baca topic nih dalam majalah Remaja September 1st ini. Sangat2 mek terasa ok! Tapi bila baca2 balik, bagus jugak noh tips2 dia. Walaupun tips nih utk jejants, 'kita' kaum2 wanita (ceh! Feeling nih!!! Hehehe) mek rase boleh mempraktikkan also, kan u ols? Lets lah - mek sanggup koyak dari magazine itiew, scanned, dan buat elok2 semua, kasik cantik contrast ngan brightnessnya, pastu mek buat entry, khas utk semua pembaca ok! (kot2 lah, mana lah tau, hampa nih jenis tak pi beli majalah Remaja tu, lets la baca entry kali nih! Hehehe)

Yang penting mek akan start diet balik dah lepas nih! Nah! That's it! Puasa ala ala 5 October, kan? Mek dah nak start puasa dah, mek tak pedulik! Bukak puasa dengan air sejuk segelas dan salad sehelai dan carrot sebatang, ok dak? 5thE mek tau dia nangis kalau berbukak puasa cam tu, kan!? LOL!!!!



Tips2 pilih baju dan seluar katanya! Hehehe...


Habis tu, kalau baju2 mek semuanya fit2, perlu ke mek bakar semua baju2 tu? NANGIS! Pastu dia suruh mek pilih baju berkolar V? Habis, LURAH mek!?!?!?! Hehehehe... mati la aku feeling! LOL!

U ols! Tell me... cuba u ols tgk pic nih. It's Pensonic advert. Mek spotted that 'sesuatuhly funny' thing tu waktu dalam kereta balik dari town, kat traffic light tang mana tah. Tgk pi tgk mai, usha pi usha mai kat billboard itiew, mek perasan sesuatuh yang so 'sesuatuhly funny' about this pic/ image/ advert...



Boleh tak nampak ape ke bende yang mek maksudkan as so 'sesuatuhly funny' itiew? Ala ala very obvious ok! (Or adakah mongkin 'ia'nya hanya obvious di mata kiew sajo? Hummmmmm...)

Apa kata korang nyatakan ape yang korang rase mek maksudkan itiew kat comment area entry nih, nah? Dan keep on checking this entry, mek akan revealkan jawapan itiew dalam comment area, OR I might just do an answer-entry about it. Hmmm... hehehehe... 'SESUATUH' sangat!

September 11th... the day of all days!


The September 11, 2001 attacks were a series of coordinated terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001. Nineteen members of the al-Qaida militant Islamist group hijacked four commercial aircraft. They crashed two into the two towers of the World Trade Center in Manhattan, New York City, causing them to collapse, and a third into the U.S. Department of Defense headquarters, the Pentagon, in Arlington County, Virginia, just outside of the capital, Washington, D.C.. A fourth hijacked plane crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after passengers fought back against the hijackers.

The attacks were the first highly lethal attack by a foreign force on the U.S. mainland since the War of 1812. With a death toll of nearly 3,000, the attacks exceeded the toll of approximately 2,400 dead after the surprise Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.

Waktu kes September 11th ni kan, I remembered I was in Singapore, nightstop kat sana. I was in my room, buat hal sendiri. My room tu connecting dengan bilik my leading stewardess - we sort of like left the connecting door tu open. Suddenly mek dgr dia jerit panggei mek...

"Nyeh! Meh tgk nih meh!!! Ade aircraft crashed into World Trade Center!!!"

I was like, HELLO!? What drama swasta la are u watching? Haiyoh! Propah! Namun, mek masuk2 jer bilik my leading, tgk tv, CNN kot, mek tercengang kejaps. Terduduk terus, khusyuk nengok siaran itiew. Gawd! Ganas giler! Our flight ex Singapore pon kena grounded - no flights were to depart off from any airport time tu, ala ala darurat la kirenye (free free mek dapat extra allowances and also one more night kat Singapore. Hehehe - heaven!) Tapi itu lah kan, terkejut sangat kesah nih jadik. Kami lepas tu, sehari lepas insiden tu, kena fly back to KUL, berhati2 nih, tgk setiap passengers, kot2 la kan. Mengucap mek dalam flight usah ditanya brapa kali - berkali2 ok!


Pejam pelik pejam pelik (bak kat Aznil dalam concert AF ke berape tah hari tu) - hehehe - maksud mek, pejam celik pejam celik, dah 4 tahun dah berlalu, tapi September 11th, 2001, hari yang disifatkan sebagai America's Bloodiest Day, persis Pearl Habour kedua katanya The Honolulu Advertiser, TETAP diingati sampai la nih. I mean, kalau betulpon sentap ngan Bush itiew, perlu ke US citizen yang lenglain itiew jadik mangsa u ols? Mek rase very der tak adil sangat tau. Kerana nila setitik halus, habis susu sebelangan rosak, sedeh! Ramai gile yang terkorban. Mek ingat lagik, seminggu dua lepas Sept. 11 itiew (or was it the NEXT year kot? Hmmm) ade khabar2 angin sial yang menyatakan MAS pulak akan crash into KLCC! Mek insaf terus ok! Tapi the next year tu kalau mek tak silap, it was BALI yang kena bomb tu, kan? Haiyoh - tak habis2 katanya!

For me lah kan, kes September 11th 2001 memang sangat sangat lah tragis u ols, sebab mek kenangkan those yang tak bersalah. Tarkik la diaorang Americans ke ape ke, tapi dasarnya, ada yang tak bersalah u ols. Hanya kerana depa menetap di America, dan bernaung dibawah itiew Bushy Bush, tak semestinya depa sehaluan ngan president depa tu, kan? I mean, I know ade some people yang memang American habis, but when it comes to Bush, depa tak sependapat u ols. Thus depa nih la ade dikalangan mereka merupakan mangsa dalam flight2 itiew u ols. Mek pasrah...


Tapi waktu tu, MAS memang amik langkah vast u ols! SANGAT2. Mek ingat lagik. Crew punye tool kit (yang ade can opener, gunting, wine opener, stainless steel towel tong segala bagai tu semua lah) dinch boleh bawak naik flight katanya! Memang secrurity level maha hazab yang tak reasonable langsung sangat pada pendapat mek. Dan sudu garfu first class katanya yang stainless steel, semuanya ditukar kepada PLASTIC! Very der mek rasa macam main masak2 jer, nak potong daging steak pong aku rase tak putus. Haiyoyoh!

Cukup la kes itu, kes crew nak apply US Visa for US route flights pong susah - contoh utama, MEK! Mek mana lepas flight LA ngan NYC u ols... sebab my US Visa tak approved katanya. Out of 10 Muslim/ Malay crew, nak dapat 2 orang crew LEPAS dapat US VISA pong tak tentu. Sebab tu flight LAX (LA) ngan EWR (NYC) Malays ramai dinch dapat flight2 tu. Sedey kan? Strict gile time tu. Yang penting, mek ingat lagik my mom suruh RESIGN katanya sebab tannak MH (MAS) flight crash masuk KLCC katanya - mek tersedak ketawa kejaps. Nak mati, mana2 pong boleh, dinch perlu crash kat KLCC itiew u ols! LOL!


Jadi, apa apa pon, mari lah sama2 kita take a minute or two, to remember about this tragic day yang takkan pudar dari ingatan semua, the day of all days. Dan bagi Muslims dan yang tak berdosa yang terkorban dalam kejadian itiew, lets lah kite sedekahkan Al-Fatihah bagi mereka semua tu, u ols... Kesian sangat. For me kan, biar lah mereka non-Muslim ke Muslims ke ape ke... Jahat baik dosa depa, bukan up to us to decide. Itu antara depa dengan NYA, kan? For me (BAGI PENDAPAT MEK LAH), as long as depa tu tak bersalah, or berdosa apa apa, tak kira lah bangsa apa ke, agama ape ke, mek tetap simpati bagi mereka dan keluarga mereka. Of couse lah our main concern is pasal those Muslims yang tak bersalah/ berdosa - tapi mek tannak komen lebih2, janji sesiape yang terkorban dalam kes tu, baik ke jahat ke, mek tetap doakan mereka selamat dicucuri rahmatNYA... kesiannye... *Al Fatihah...*

Yeap, FINALLY, the poll is closed for all voting activities. Heheheheh - mrasalah mek tak sabar nak tgk resultnya esok! Hiks. Anyways, dibawah nih, the polls' result as of 12.00pm, Malaysian time tadi... :)



Owh well - now, mek ngan my Kumac Auditor akan start tabulating the scores, dan we'll let you guys know of the results esok, by 9am ya, dan we'll find out, siape kah pulak yang akan mengikut jejak langkah Andrew @ Sir Cloud, Roland Hashim dan 5thE sebagai blogger #4 yang akan dieliminatekan... mek pasrah... Hehehehe....
