The 23-year-old delegate from Toronto was crowned at the conclusion of the 54th Annual broadcast on NBC LIVE from Bangkok, Thailand. Natalie Glebova is a model and motivational speaker to grade school and high school students.

Jennifer Hawkins, Miss Universe 2004, crowned her successor at the conclusion of the two-hour primetime telecast, before an estimated worldwide viewing audience of more than 600 hundred million in over 180 countries.
Final Results:
First Runner Up: Miss Puerto Rico, Cynthia Olavarria will assume the duties of MISS UNIVERSE 2005 if the titleholder for some reason cannot fulfill her responsibilities.
Second Runner Up: Miss Dominican Republic, Renata Sone
Rest of Top Five: Miss Mexico, Laura Elizondo; Miss Venezuela, Monica Spear; Miss Peru, Debora Sulca

Sempena Bulan May - A tribute to Teachers
Dearest all,
Kejisnye mek! Nak tunggu sampai habis bulan MAY baru terhegeh2 nak buat entry ini. Isk isk isk - but you know what they say, kan? BETTER LATE DARI NAN ADO!!! Ehehehehe...
Entry kali ini, mek berikan title...
Jasa2miew Kan Ku Kenang Wahai Cikgus Cikgis Kiews... Dalam bahasa abnormalnya, "Jasa2mu Kan Ku Kenang Wahai Cikgu2ku..."
To most of us, our dearest cikgus cikgis, semuanya bagaikan lilin yang membakari (eh!?!?! - salah!) I meant to say, they are like candles that burns its flame to brighten up our days and lives. Agree tak? I mean - of course, at home, our parents lah yang menjadi sumber inspirasi, pendorong, pembimbing, penyelamat tatkala kite dalam kesusahan. But di sekolah, mana mau carik itiew parents? (this applies to those yang kat boarding school, nah...) - So at times of depression or sadness kat skool, mana lagi we seek help, pendapat al nasihats, not to mention the guidance and galakan rohani dan jasmani, kalau bukan dari our dearly beloved teachers??? So tidak terlalu melampau if I were to say, there (kat boarding school tu la), teachers are like our parents too. Tanpa diaorang, berkorban apa saje demi kite nih, I doubt kite akan be where we are now, kan? Pasal bab mengajar dan tahan kerenah 1001 macam perangai students tu, jgn cerita la kan. Itu dah memang tanggungjawab diaorang. Ini nih yang extra work loads that they have to perform; jadi our guadian and angels nih. Ha, bukan senang nak jaga students in boarding schools.
So anyways, me feel that kite tidak perlu lah kan nak mempersoalkan lagi kredibiliti mereka as a tenaga pengajar, at the same time jadi our second parents. What we should realize adalah fakta2 sepertimana berikut:
Ok - now, coming back to the main issue of this entry - lets talk about me (maaati la mek!). Eh!! No no, syillaps lagiks. What I meant was, lets lah u ols read pasal this story, true story, about jasa baik ONE of MY many cikgu2s yang I think I will never forget. It MIGHT not be interesting to some, but it definitely means the world for me. (noticed tak I used, "MIGHT NOT" - so kalau tak interesting tu, paham2 aje lah)... Tujuan mek is to pay respect to my ex cikgu nih...
Too bad, dia dah Arwah dah, died of cardiac arrest (hard attack kots in bahasa biasa). He died when I was in Form 3 kots, terkejut jugak dgr. CD, hang tau kan Cikgu Johari mana I'm talking about tu? Yang duduk kat Tmn Mutiara tu, BS pon tahu mek rase. - sama2 lets, kite sedekahkan surah Al- Fatihah untuk Arwah... (For non-Malays, lets, be silent for 5 minutes, in respect of my late cikgu Johari...)...
*Sambil kesat air mata dan hembus hidung!!!* - So... itu la dia. I mean, citer, jasa, seorang insan bernama cikgu (yang can do dan yang dah jadi Arwah) - tidak perlu dipersoalkan lagi, tidak perlu dipertimbangkan lagi. Murni sungguh pekerti mereka yang bergelar guru, dalam goin' through what ppl say 1001 kerenah pelajars. Its like cabin crew lah kan (eh? Tetiber pulak)...I mean, I've had so many teacher in my life (so do you peeps) tapi yang ini nih, Arwah 's kes nih, it's like, something, yang special lah kirenye dan I will never lupakan sebab, for one thing, dia dah meninggal (when MOST of my other teachers semuenya masih hidup walaupun some mek tak tahu lokasi mereka - and when he's no longer around, I don't get to see him like I see most of my other teachers and talk to them and let them know how am I doin' now. Get the pic tak? *mata dah berair lagik*), secondly, sebab of that kes kat atas tu and the role he played during that historical moments (why historical? Yer lah - history lah dalam hidup mek! Pembedahan secara terjaga pertama dan terakhir mek!)... and finally - sebab..., if you personally kenal him, you would agree that he was one fine very 99.99% sempurna kindda guy... which made him very special among other students and teachers as well... He will be forever remembered...
So anyways, terima lah, all cikgus cikgis around the nation yang baca entry nih... and especially utk Arwah...

- It is not easy being a tenaga pengajar with extra heavy duty responsibilities
- We crave respect from our teachers - but sometimes, perasan tak kite sendiri tak respect diaorag dulu? I mean, pangkat wise - kita as students memang kena respect teachers - tapi at the same time, kalau kita lihat dari segi umur piula? Memang la kite respect them as someone somewhat older

- It was in 1986, I was in Standard 1, mek jatuh dan luka parah during recess. Imagine, ade these two pathetic students, both sama standard 1 ngan mek. Ngade2 tau diaorang. Diaorang dua orang main kejar kejar achilutchak! Dan keadaannye 3 4 minit sebelum tragisnya kes tu berlaku was this - si A (a boy) dok sebok mengejar2 si B (a girl). And yes, guess guess dimana mek time itiew? YOOO LAH! - di TGH2 diaorang. Si A belakang mek, dan si B tgh mengelak dari A kejar tangkap dia, telah duduk depan mek. Ala ala mek nih ape, PENGHADANG? Or Jaring.net pemisahs ke? Ha, cam tu la lebih kurang. At that time I remembed I was like, "Ape nih? Rimas lah I! Get away from me, urgh!!!" (OK, THAT was DQ). So anyways, si A nih nak get to this B, sudah tolak lah mek ke tepi so that he get his dream girl tu (which apparently now I think, I THINK la, the guy turned solid macho gay, and the girl, well - lets just say she became a lesbian! So much for CHILDHOOD LOVE! Chit!). Tolak pi tolak mai, haiyak! Mek yang jadik mangsa u ols! Mek jatuhs u ols! Jatuh, my knees kena itu batu tanda JKR!!! Astaga! Apa lagik, terbelah la lutut mek bagaikan retaknye muka tatkala bedak sejuk yang dah sejuk keras kat muka tu! Darah piula, bercucuran bagaikan air terjun (Haiyoh! kejis lah perumpamaan mek!) - mek waktu itiew, haiyoh! All I could think of was - O-MY-GOD!!! Cam ne nak menang/ maintain BEST LEGS NIH!!?!?!?!???! LOL! Seriously - waktu, mek hanye thought of my mom, dah feeling nak pengsan, (due to kehilangan blood yang very DER) dan pasal nangis, JANGAN DI TANYA! Bagaikan bergegar itiew sekolah!!! Dan tatkala itiew lah, Cikgu Johari (Allahyarham dah pon) yang can do tu datang to the resque. He was around that area when that tragyc magyc incident occured dan ditakdirkan dia lah penyelamat hidup mek! Di carrynya mek in his arms (very feeling2 ala ala macam dalam citer 'Gone With The Wind' itiew) dan bawak mek gi hospital where my mom came and joined us (tu pun, ALSO cikgu Johari itiew yang called my mom). But see, the power of cikgus - waktu masuk operation theater pon, my mom stood kat belakang sikit as she takut darah and kept on saying "Sayang it's gonna be alright now... ", tapi it was Arwah yang datang held my hands and said everything's gonna be ok kat my ears (which reminds me, bukan ke doctors kena suntik patients kasik tidur before buat operations? KAN? HAIYOH! MEK PUNYE KES!!!!! Dia tak suntik pa per, terus jahit 8 jarum kat my knees sebelah kiri itiew! MAUNYE TAK BERGEGAR BAGAIKAN NAK RUNTUH HOSPITAL TU!!!! - namun lagik kuat ku jerit nangis, that's when lagi kuat Arwah genggam tangan mek... sambil 'shhh shhh shhh... ' kat telinga mek...- haiiii, feeling sat. Eh!) Wasn't that sweet or something?

Why do we have to ask such question? I think this is something which is very individual, no matter what your sexual orientation is. It’s like you have to know yourself before knowing someone else and above all, love yourself before you can love someone else.
I personally think that someone who has the following values or attributes should be proud of oneself.
- 1) Someone who strives to make a difference in others' lives (especially those less fortunate).
- 2) Someone who is always there for his friends - through thick and thin.
- 3) Someone who does good deeds without hoping for anything in return - just help for the simple and pure joy of helping.
- 4) Someone who is contented with what he/she has and understand the endless wheel of craving for love.
- 5) Someone who loves himself, his lover/spouse, his family, his friends, his community and his country.

Today's entry is all about that sweet Kuala Lipis girl named Siti Nurhaliza... hehehe - so simple nye my intro to my entry for today, huhu... :)
As we are all aware, Siti, yang merupakan the darling of Malaysia - dan bertapak dalam bidang seni tanahair kite nih for nealy 10 years? (ke, dah 10 years? Mek also dinch hui sangat informasi2 about her nih) So anyways, speaking of 'dinch hui sangat informasi2 about her' nih (the sentence simply means mek tak tahu menahu sangat2 bangat lah pasal Siti nih - sikit2 tu bole la)- mek rase elok lah before mek go on dengan lelebihnye, biarlah mek declare some stuffs dulu yer - sebelum ade org nak tembak mek ngan senapang gajah pasal buat entry nih... huhu... (bukan tak tahu ape peminat2 mampu buat demi artist kesayangan mereka... hehehe)
In this entry - I will be talking about three (or rather four) different aspects about this multi-talented (multi-talented ke? Hmmm - hentam aje la labibu... ) young performer cum singer cum model. Aspek2 tersebut adalah seperti yang berikut:
Personal view about Siti
Personally - mek suka kat Siti. Muka rupa itiew sudah tentu ADO. Suara, haiyoh! Merdu dan lunaknya, tiada bandingan. With her ever soft and very 'gadis-Timur' concept - mek always liked her that way. And as a matter of fact, dia nih kalau tak bermake up mek tgk lebih sweet. She has certainly makin matang as her usia grows too (yer - pang-umum-man nah! Dia sama umoq dengan mek! Ehehhe). This perubahan hasil dari kematangan dirinya itu, very obvious lah kan. From banyak cabang of aspeks lah dia nih dah berubah - kalau dulu, sorry to say, azab sangat rupo (we're not talking about her fashion statements nah) - now, mek tgk, very der sudah pandai bergaya.
About posing for mags or papers or photoshoot ke ape ke, jgn kite persoalkan la. Kalau dulu - very der gadis2 kampung baru kenal ape itu lensa camera, now it seems as if she's not kekok already depan camera (very ikut perangai mek - never fail nak pose2.. heheh maaaaaaati la mek)
Attitude wise
Selain dari menunjukkan ciri2 very kemelayuan gadis Timur, Siti has definitely showed the world that when it comes to singing - it doesn't matter what you wear or how you appear on stage. As a singer, kemerduan suara, dan kemampuan menyanyi Live itu punting ya. I mean, lets face it, banyak lah artist yang menyanyi kalu record lagu, lain je. But Siti, I noticed, if she menyanyi live, tak banyak beza dengan the way she records her songs (probably ade la sikit beza2 dari segi lenggok kot).
And her style of kekalkan konsep cium tangan tatkala bersalam dengan warga lebih berumur dari dia, itu mek salute. Dari dulu sampai now, cara dia bersalam tak pernah berubah; tak pernah dia lupakan. Friendly and sincere dari hatinya is another thing yang dapat mek bentangkan dalam point nih. I mean, as far as mata mek melihat (tak tahu la belakang2 camera cam mana) - she's very humble, friendly, down to earth, memang mek pandang tinggi pada attitude dia nih.
Kejayaan
Not just berjaya successful melful di pentas seni suara, Siti jugak antara artist2 yang telah dipilih jadi model/ duta utk services ini la, product itu la - rezeki mencurah2. Itu sedikit sebanyak telah mendorong kearah kejayaannya. Talking about awards claimed by her - tak yah sebut lah. Tak terbilang kot. Maybe ade antara peminat2 die-hard nya itiew dah ade yang kire berape banyak awards yang our Cik Siti dah penah rangkul - like me, I tak der lah sampai wanna count kire one by one all her awards, but I do believe she still holds the record of artist paling banyak meraih awards (tak kire lah locally or internationally) dalam Malaysia Book of Records. Curlast! Very also sehsuwai mek kasik dia award Artist tak Serik2, macam award yang itu Che Detz itiew kasikkan kat mek, Miss Tak Serik2. LOL!
Selain daripada tu, Siti nih also banyak jadi perintis dalam some2 hal - taksure lah what but I'm sure memang ade. The first in this, the first in that - perintis la kirenye tu.. Ehehehehe...
Kejayaan dia di luar negara, namely Indonesia, Japan, Korea and recently London (though some said the London Royal Albert Hall concert tu wasn't much of a success - still mek rase success jugak sebab dia dah mampu gi buat, biarpun maybe not the first Malaysian' artist to perform there) tidak perlu kita persoalkan lagi. Take Indonesia for example. She's also the latest darling there tau. Peminat tak putus2. That shows that she is successful there, in Indonesia. Sebut aje Siti Nurhalijah - pasti diaorang kenal. Owh, did I mention Singapore too? (Gawd - I just loveee when she performed dgn itiew Taufik Batisah, the Singaporean Idol itiew- haiyoh! Mek suke!!!!)
The 2K 3M segment (Kutuk Keji + Mengumpat Menghina Mencaci)
This is so like normal utk someone bergelar artist; eh, no, actually, for those who seeks fame and popularity - the 2K+3M will always jadi gangguan dan igauan diaorang. I know - been there, felt that before. Ehehehe. Sepanjang mek minat Siti nih, mek rase macam2 dah mek dgr pasal Siti nih - tah ade yang betul ke idak - Wallahua'lam - dah namanye pun gossip. Eheheeh. Why? Why people buat all these statements ketidakpuasan hati mereke itiew? (Tu la - kalu tak puas hati dengan Siti, or any other artists, org suruh call 1.300-GI-MAMPOS, tannak!).
The main, paling logical explaination why all these 2K+3Ms nih berlaku - JELES. Tu jer yang paling terang bak nyata tampa perlu suluh2 torchlight berbaterikan Eveready!!! Sebabkan jeles, iri hati, sakit hati, dan lain2 perangai sifat2 busuk yang sama waktu dengannye, manusia, ada yang sebaik2 alam, boleh jadik MJs (Mulut2 jahat - maaaaaaaati la ko Miss G dan jugak exco propah mek, si LeeZieyah Lalatjuterbar Jhuborzzz, Miss Indonesia 1997 cum Miss Paraguay 2005... hehehe - maaati la mek!)
'Siti Nurhaliza -mangsa keadaan???' - Selalu kite dgr kes ini kan? At times I do feel sorry for her, you know? Macam some of the stuffs happening around her, ntah2 dia sendiri tak menyedarinya. Kesian gak - ade one time mek tgk dia confessi kat mana tah - siap nangis2 nih (bukannye DQ seperti ahli lembaga exco Blog mek itiews yer. Ehehehe). Sebak mek nengok dia nangis - ala ala blur tak tahu menahu anything yang membuatkan dia mangsa sesuatuh issue. Isk isk isk. Kesian... and speaking of mangsa keadaan, can I kaitkan with her being MANGSA IN FASHION? Can right? (of course mek leh kaitkan, this is my blog, my writings, kan? Eheheheeh - Ginger, familiar dak ayat itiew? Maaaati la ko BS!) - I mean, seriously - nak kata she has bad taste in fashion, probably tak bersesuaian. She I believe kekalkan concept simple. Its the people yang siapkan her - selalu jadikkan dia mangsa fashion (maybe dia pon contribute jugak kot sebab maybe designs2 azabs tu dia sendiri nak... kan?) Pon begitu, kalau kita lihat kalau video2 klipnya yang setengah2 tu disiapkan di Indonesia, kenapasal meletop!? So nampak sangat, bukan dia sorang saje yang contribute to this, this, erm,... slackness, kan? (eh, got ah slackness? Ehehehe). Ada kala dia muncul ngan imej pelik2 tu (pelik2 here meaning warna PINK campur orange ka? Hitam campur merah di ropol2s design dress dia ke ape ke) - mek rase, tu la, bukan salah dia sorang. Get the point dak? Hmmmmm.... And one last cabang dalam kes MANGSA ni - mangsa gossip liar. Nothing much about MEN tapi kalau gossip2 liar yang bersangkut paut dengan other local artists, ade la jugak. Once Kak Ani, then now Kak Pah pulak? Isk - kesiannn kesian. Why lah jadi cam tu? Back to square one, JEALOUSY la tu....
Weaknesses pada Siti
Ini yang mek ala ala nampak very obvious la kan - SPEAKING and LANGUAGE problems. Haiyoh - ini kadang2, very memalukan. Tapi what to do, maybe background si Siti nih dah macam tu, kurang exposure dengan Bahasa Inggeris dan jugak method of public speaking - tu la penyebab why this sweet innocent girl is facing all these problems. No doubt she has improved a lot, but still - there are rooms for her to improve. Banyak lagi dia boleh buat to improve herself. Talking language classes ke ape ke - and getting herself exposed dgn dunia luar also is another way - plus biarkan dia minggle winggle twinkklle around dengan artist2 tempatan yang memang vast bile berkomunikasi - namely maybe Ning or Misha or in fact, Waheeda ke - apa apa jer la, siape2 saje la - janji she can interact easily dan belajar dalampada masa yang sama...
Fahion sense - ini another thing that I believe she's a bit weak in. As one of the most fofuler artist in the country, dia kena take not of the latest fashion trends and COLOUR COORDINATION la kan. Girl, seriously - you have your looks, you have your body - jgn sia2kan. Isk isk isk - mek nangis kalau u ols dinch mampu improve on this. Suara merdu lunak persis Ariel Little Mermaid, jgn u ols spoilkan semua itu melalui penampilan u ols!!!
