Malaysian nationals planning to travel overseas are advised to enquire about visa requirements at the High Commission, Embassy or Consulate of their country of destination. Visa requirements may vary depending on the purpose and the length of stay. Regulations are also liable to change, sometimes at short notice. Information on visa requirements for travelling (by country) is available in this web site under the topic Visa Information - Visa Requirement for Malaysian.
Apart from visa, it is also important to ensure that:
- Place and country of destination is safe to visit.
- Validity date of passport is more than six months from date of travel.
- Passport/self-identification document as well as the name, address and telephone number of next-of-kin are available and kept safely while travelling.
For some countries, upon arrival, travellers may be required to produce a World Health Organisation approved International Inoculation Certificate. Presently, the yellow fever vaccine is the only vaccine that could be required. However, a few countries might demand proof that travellers have been inoculated against other diseases. To check on information regarding any disease outbreaks in a country overseas and the relevant inoculate guidelines, contact:
Ministry of Health
Bahagian Kawalan Penyakit (Unit Kesihatan Antarabangsa)
Blok E, Jalan Dungun
Bukit Damansara
50490 Kuala Lumpur.
Telephone No. : 03-2540088
Fax : 03-2525667

So u pilih la. Nak buat sendiri, merasak semak sesak kat Indian Embassy tu, OR, you leh bayar lebih sikit, like maybe RM50 per passport, and suruh Agent you buatkan. Tak sure lah agent you tu charge brape, tapi me, for Visa, each passport mek amik RM50.00 sajork...)

Yeap, you hantaq application by Monday, and Friday leh siap, or else, the following week. Tapi ingat, embassies ade yang tak bukak everyday. So what I suggest you to do is to contact the embassy at:
High Commission of India,

OK. Hopefully mek dosi kejawapans sudah to your queries about going into Delhi, ek? Kalu masih ade keraguan, mrasalah email mek balik, NAH?
Now, heheheh nak mek citerkan kesah PAST TENSE mek ke DELHI ek? Hurmmm... Ok, since entry nih sajork dosi kepanjangan, biarlah citer Delhi mek nih pendek sajork. Besides, mek dosi kepenatan. Lagipun, tak der pics sangat nak tempek. Ado tu ado, tapi mana mek letak pun wa pu che tau. HIKS!
Waktu mek jadik crew MH dulu, flying to Delhi, was something yang mek ALWAYS look forward to. Comparing Delhi to other Indian routes yang ade nightstop (mana lagi ek? Bombay jer lah... yang lenglain, ie. Madras, and others tu, semuanya turn around flights sajork), mek memang suka Delhi. Abaikan lah the flight yang memakan masa like, 6 hours plus tu, nak kena serve dalam flight (kalau selalunye time mek fly dulu kalau dapat serve Business Class or First Class, tak per lah jugak. Kalau serve economy, NAHHH THAT'S IT! TEH TARIK KURANG MANIS SATU!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Hahahah!
Ok, sebut pasal serving first class or business class nih, ke Delhi, mek ado citer. Hiks! Ade one time tu, mek served first class cabin from KUL to Madras kot... and our Menteri Kerjaraya dan Jalanraya dan Toll dan bagai itiew, si Samivelu itiew was onboard the flight. Hiks! Suker sangat serve dia sebab dia jenis dok diam, tak bising dan yang penting, TAK FUSSY DAN TAK KACAU CREW! Bagi jer dia makan, serve jer apa dia nak, pastu..."PLEASE DO NOT KACAU ME ARRR. I VARNNA SLEEP ARRR... GURDNIGHT..." Giiittieww! Hiks! *actually ade sesuatuh yang mek nak citerkan, TAPI kang kalu mek citerkan, KENA SAMAN, MAMPUS AKU! Masuk court la kaedahnye, KAN!? LALALA!* Tapi tak per, cukup mek cakapkan, by the end of the flight, walaupun mek cakap "Thank you Dato', hope to see you again sometime soon ya Dato'...", tapi hakikatnya, MEK TAK MO DAH! Hahah. Aik, kata dia tak kacau crew? MEMANG LAH DIA TAK KACAU, tapi... eheheh jengjejeng! Ade lahhh... YANG PENTING, katanya mek hengat tak akan serve dia lagi kan? Hahaha - 2 weeks later, mek buat flight ke DELHI. Nightstopped kat Delhi 3 days 2 nights kot, pastu balik KUL. NAH! Mek waktu pi Delhi served Business class. Balik tu, chief mek dapat keje first class, so dia requested kat Inflight Supervisor mek mintak mek keje Galley Steward First Class. NAHHHH!!!! THAT'S IT! Tgk Passenger Information Sheet, hiks - DATO' SERI SAMIVELU katanya onboard! NANGIS! Hahahaha...
So ok ok. Berbalik pada citer DELHI... Delhi to me was like, ok lah. 1st time mek sampai Delhi was in 2002. AIYOH! Mujur mek kuat iman. Kalau lemah, pengsan dah dalam bus on the way ke Hotel. Dah la dari airport nak ke hotel (Le Meridien Delhi) tu sikit punya naaalllaa punya jauh - why mek cakap culture shock sebab along the way, MACAM² u ols can lihat. Bunyi honk kerete tu, tok sah dok cakap lah. MEMEKAK! Pastu, poverty, aiyoh! KESIAN sangat². Asalkan bus tu stopped kat traffic lights kan, ade jer org datang mintak sedekah. Kalau u ols rasa kat Malaysia teruks ade org mintak² sedekah using kids, and what not, babies and such, kat public places, ini, bayangkan lah, 3 ke 4 kali ganda LEBIH teruk. Kesian sangat...
Pastu, selain daripada itiew, KOTOR dan DUSTY - aiyoh! VERY DER ok! Mek kalau dah naik bus tu, bukannye gherti nak tidoq. Mek mesti tgk tingkap jenguk kat luar. Aiyoh, macam² jenis 'kotor' yang mek cakapkan. IMAGINE, mek pernah ok, nampak dengan sorang crew mek nih, terbeliak bijik mata kami. Ok, normally kita tgk jantan adult, kencing berdiri tepi jalan, kira SORAIT la kan. INI, bayangkan, a figure, dalam samar², memakai SARI. YES u ols! POMPUAN ok! Kenc kenc tep tep jals! EWWWW!!!
Perjalanan dari airport ke hotel ade la dalam 45 menet (AIH, kata short entry jer pasal pengalaman ke Delhi nih - awat mek dok rasa nak jadik 3000p.perkataan tatau? LALALA!). Hotel kami crew MH duduk dulu was Le Meridien Delhi. Tatau lah crew kite duduk sitiew lagik ke idak. The lobby, tak menarik minat mek.

Sker lah. Leh dapat 1 full day off in Delhi, and 3rd day tu, MALAM baru depart balik KUL. Mek girang lah kalau dapat pattern tu! Sker sangat! Sampai day 1 malam. Day 2 tu kire OFF day. Day 3 depart balik, just nice! Ade one time tu, December, mek ingat lah, tahun 2003 kot, the worst fog condition during winter in Delhi, katanya lah - sampai departure hari ketiga malam tu, terpaksa di cancel dan kami depart balik hari ke empat, petang. Bole? Free free jer hari ke 4 tu mek kuaq shopping lagi. HIKS! Ingat lagi time tu mek bawak my two aunties gi sekali ngan mek. Depa belik tiket family scheme pi dan balik, duduk satu bilik dengan mek kat hotel (mrasalah mek pi tumpang tidoq bilik sorang steward candiew nih, alasan, "Owh my aunties amik both beds, so I kena lah tumpang bilik you, boleh kan?" Hehehe but of course nothing happened la kan. OPPS!) - so anyways, Aunties mek pong, sker nih dapat extra one more night kat Delhi! Sker la sker! *sigh... memories...*
Selalunye, day 2, kiteorang mulakan dengan breakfast yang SANGAT MERIAH kat situ. YES! Kalau pi Delhi, the thing yang mek look forward kat Hotel tu would be the complimentary breakfast. Aiyoh! Start breakfast by 8am mek turun, SAMPAI LAH kui 10am mek melantak duduk kat restaurant / coffee house itiew. Macam² ado. Mek sker lah breakfast (memana saja mek pi pon, kalau ade complimentary breakfast, mek akan suker! Hiks!) Makan kenyang², paihtu, balik bilik. Cik berrys sat, pastu, siap², and then, kalau ade geng, mrasalah keluar gi shopping/ jalan². Tak pernah la lagi mek pi Delhi, mek tak keluaq. Kalau tak shopping pun, at least jalan² pong jadiklah...
Shopping wise di Delhi - places yang u ols HAVE to go would be... Sarojni and Jampath. Both are like, erm, wait. Jampath is just walking distance from Le Meridien. Tapi Sarojni, a bit jauh sikit, 15 minutes ride on that Indian tut tut thingie... Macam² can buy tau sitiew. From art work, to wooden carving Indian stylo, to kerja² hasil bead work, to erm, hmm,... aiyoh! HEAVEN lah! And one thing about India/ Delhi - u ols kena PANDAI TAWAR! Tawar ok, tak kira la mana pun, Kedai tepi jalan ke, or kedai class class sikit ke, TAWAR jer. Seriously u ols. Mek banyak gaduh ngan org dulu bab bab tawar. Hiks!
Ok, nih added info me dapat dari Wikipedia...
Historically, Delhi has always remained an important trading center in northern India. Chandni Chowk, a three century old shopping area, is perhaps the most famous commercial area in India. Connaught Place, a major commercial center in the heart of New Delhi, is not only a shopper's paradise but also offers a glimpse of Anglo-Indian architecture. The central market of Lajpat Nagar offers quality Indian handicrafts and garments. Other major shopping areas include Sarojni Nagar, Sabzi Mandi, Karol Bagh and Greater Kailash market. Dilli Haat and Hauz Khas village offer a variety of cultural Indian handicrafts and handlooms. Delhi's retail industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Delhi. Several western-style shopping malls have opened across Delhi's metropolitan area. The main market in South Delhi offers quality garments and footwear and have outlets of almost all the top international brands. Many travellers view Delhi as a bargain hunter's paradise, as the city offers a wide variety of quality products available at a fraction of the cost in Europe and the United States.
U ols, alang² mek cakap nih, sapa nak pi Delhi, cuba click link Wikipedia nih kat bawah nih u ols... - BANYAK ok and I do mean, BANYAK you can learn about Delhi kat SINIK. Mrasalah!
Erm... apa lagi ek nak citer? Errm... tu jer lah kot. Owh yes, nih note extra sebelum mek tutup mukadimah entry nih! HIKS!
- BE VERY careful dengan wallet/ purse/ duit u ols - don't say I didn't warn you...
- BERTAWAR MENAWAR lah u ols sebelum putuskan nak belik sesuatuh...
- Kalau ade bebudak or org datang mintak sedekah, one advise - JGN TGK MATA DIA! Dan with that, you get to getaway dari kasik duit. And EVEN IF you ols terasa kesian nak jugak kasik duit, mark my words - JGN! Sebab once ko dah start kasik sorang, haiyoh - THAT'S IT! Mrasalah u ols jadik Princess Diana, nah? DIKERUMUNI!
- McD kat Delhi - yang eloknye makan lah burger² FISH / fillet or VEGETARIAN burgers nye or just fries. Yang lenglain, mek tak jamin.
- Bawak lah loads of mineral water waktu kuaq jalan²... trust me, you're gonna need it.
- Barang² berharga, seelok²nya, simpan la dalam safebox kat hotel.
So - itu lah dia... entry buat kali ini *sambil lap peluh! PENAT sundal! Hahahaha...
To that U OL tadi tu, enjoy your trip to Delhi, and hopefully, lepas² nih nak jalan² pi mana², jgn la segan silu contact mek kat email, nah? Maybe u ols can gi jalan² with my agency, nah?
