Between Two... (Entry curik! Hiks!)


Was actually blog hopping and surfing here and there, when I landed kat Abang IM nye blogspot. And I got the shock of my life baca one of his latest entries (mati la curik entry - jgn saman I ols ek Abang IM! Hiks!)

Abang Im wrote: "Seen a work by Alejandro Cerdena (Hannah's Eyes) and remembered that it look somewhat similar to the pose by Nurlea. Altho the shot for Nurlea was all spontaneous and Nurlea's owned idea, I think it almost similar. What do u think?? Leave ur comment coz i wanna get ur feedback."

abang im...i realise onething, sample photo bw tu lighting dia very suttle (betoi ka spelling chek?) a typical for europe style of photography, very calm yet detail semua nampak.

LL plak lighthing dia harsh sgt. texture & outline hilang macam unsaturate color...especially rambut dia. prop merah reflex kuat atas muka ...

jgn marah bang im...my friend is a professional comercial photographer kat penang...dia ada ajaq skit2. website dia apatah...

Nurlea: Comment Noel nih very technical so mek dinch mau sentuh sangat la kan. Tapi comment dia sangat berguna utk Abang Im or any other photographers as for that matter... kan u ols? :D

agree bole buart mcm Hannah pose// semua detail nampk? **matila jerawat kan... untuk portraiture, details is not priority.. hanya mood, expression and lighting penting..

agree reflection from the red sofa kat muka Nurlea..nak wat camner dh sofa tu mmg merah.. Hannah pose tu atas white sheet.

As long as Nurlea look flawless in the pic.. i think shes happy with it. Lagi pon, ni shoot kat dalm rumah yg kecil.. bukan dalam studio.. hiks

Nurlea: Of course lah u ols. U ols bagaikan comparing kaca ngan permata (mata satu mek tatau? Hiks!). Supermodel, nak dicomparekan dengan seorang amatur like me? Harus lah HAUS! Muahaha. Attitude mek memang akui, nan ado sangat. Buat muka kerek tu gherti la. It comes in naturally katanya some of my friends. Penampilan - tah la. Memang tgh haus dengan rambut tu. Konfidensi? ApaČ pon, mek sker lah entry nih (entry curik nih) dan also entry Abang Im tu. Seriously, when mek did that pose, mek tak terlintas pong nak buat poseČ Hannah si Supermodel itiew. Hannah mana tatau? Mek pon tatau dia sapo. Yang penting, buat poseČ baring time tu, mek hanya bayangkan nak jadik persis poseČ Ning dalam album Ke Sayup Bintang, alaČ yang dispekulatekan sebagai poseČ Sleeping Budha itiew. Hiks! Walaubagaimanapon, mek gumbirs dapat buat pose tu, walaupun nanti sure ade spekulate yang mek tiru pose Hannah tu. Mek tarkik lah. Kata la nak kata apaČ pon. Yang penting, mek sker berphotoshoot dengan Abang Im.

Which brings me to this next issue; masih bersangkut paut dengan Roland Hashim. Yes, dia lah photographer yang buatkan my last 2 photoshoot sessions. So sapaČ nak amik dia buat photoshoot (yes, he's VERY good!), mrasalah anda kini mampu yer. Abang Im dah promo dalam blog dia about this, and since dia also tolong promokan mek dan also my Bloggers Idol 2006, I think it's only fair mek also tolong promokan the follow info...

Haveslah...) For me lah, RM75 tu worth it la denganh apa yang dia offer tu. Ko gila! Famous photographer cum famous blogger, buat offer RM75 per hour; pi carik nengok famous photographer lain yang leh kasik harga cam tu? Mek sanggup kerat jari lah! (Eh, maybe just kerat my finger nails jer la kot) Nan ado can compete with that price. Try it la u ols. Kak Amoi, [Farker], kata nak berphotoshoot dengan cameraman yang bertanggungjawab buatkan photoshoots mek, KAN? Ha - mrasalah! Kak Lara, apa tunggu lagi? BAHAGIAKAN HARI ANDA BERSAMA ROLAND HASHIM! my job is on a creative side so you knowlah technical & creativity tak bleh pisah.

Your lips are your asset i should say but you never utilised that on your photographs. may i ask why??
