Bloggers Idol 2005 - DISCLAIMER



The organizer would like to convey greatest gratitude to the support received from all the voters, supporters, readers and most importantly, to the contestant of the 2005 Bloggers Idol (BI2005). Based on the latest development of BI2005, the organizer would anticipate to request that the contestant, supporters and the voters of the BI2005 to follow the new declaration, thus act as a disclaimer to the organizer of all misconduct and bad behavior of contestants, voters, supporters, and readers, which was not the initial intention of this contest.

Disclaimer

The supporters are recommended to make full use of the rights given to support any contestant that they choose by using the poling station in the Bloggers Idol 2005 (BI2005) official websites. Supporters are also encouraged to leave comments on each contestant blog, provided that the comment are made to the entry/ writing/ story/ narration/ anecdotes and not on each contestant personal and individual issue or concern. This instruction is also viable and extended to every contestant and ex-contestant of BI2005.

The decision made by jury/ juries should no be questioned, since the selection of juries has been agreed upon from the early stage. A petition should be sent in case of any dissatisfaction arises on the selection of jury/ juries, in particular the weekly jury, as and by the time the name of the jury is announced in the BI2005 official website early of every week (Monday)

The decision and the number of votes collected in the poling station at the end of voting day/ end week (Sunday 12pm) should not also be questioned. Contestants, voters, supporters and readers are advice to respect the poling station since it is the system agreed on from the inception of BI2005.

This notes act as a disclaimer and BI2005 official website shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services of the contestant, voters, supporters, and readers BI2005.
