Dinner and Breakfast, in First Class cabin; 45,000 feet above sea-level?


Dearest all,

For those yang haven't flown from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney, onboard the B747-400, in FIRST CLASS, well, here's a chance utk u ols to see what MAS serves dalam flight (I wonder if this menu is still applicable... hurmmmmmm) Owh what the heck, kan? Janji, mek pernah serve these stuffs dalam flight, on the way to Sydney. I sort of like found this menu tadik dalam my room, and terus decided to buat an entry pasal it and share it with everyone - those yang tak pernah nak nengok how First Class menu looks like, and ape content menu itiew, well - here's your chance! Satay - the best I have ever tasted (personally la kan... hehehee) Setiap kali mek heatkan satay, and before letak atas trolley for service, musti mek ngap makan satu or dua... hehhe...

Starter... mek dinch tasty starters sangat sebab kalau mek feeling tasty starter banyak2, kang main course mek haus! LOL!

Lets melangkau melangkah ke main course. As a crew, it is our responsibilities to ensure susunatur meals tu cecantik dan ikut skema. Bukan senang, tapi once dah tau mana nak letak mana, senang la keje! LOL! I prefer letak banyak2, sebab, bile buat second offering, semua dah tannak tambah (tapi kalau ade yang jenis pelahap, menambah jugak, biar lah third offering pong!) LOL!

Fresh fruits. Selalunye, yang ini musti pax akan habiskan. Fruits, siape yang tak suke, ek? Hiks!

Dessert and yang dalam cawan tu, mek rase lah, its Cappucino kots... flavour ape? Mek dinch hui! LOL!

Ini lah trolley setting utk displaying main course, as we dish out the meals to each FRCL pax. Selalunye stewardess A and Chief A akan handle one trolley each (depending on pax load kat FRCL tu, kalau ramai, ie more than half, each of them ade diaorang punye own trolley. Kalau less than 8 pax, satu trolley dah le) Siape yang set kan? Steward A ler - ie, not me! Selalunye mek dapat position Stewardess A.. LOL!

Actually, dalam flight ke Sydney nih, it's Continental Breakfast service jer, simpler, dari full Breakfast service. Dan sebenarnye, mek dinch suka lah Continental breakfast, simple dan, so, boringla. Mek suke yang full set breakfast service - ie flighttime more than 10 hours rasenye baru ade that type of service. Breakfast, to me, is the best meal ever! Mek suke breakfast service!!!


Itu la dia, sedikit sebanyak pics yang dapat mek carik dalam internet nih, pasal meals yang diservekan dalam FRCL. Tapikan, it's amazing to see kadang2 waktu mek serve these first class pax; they pay so much for FRCL tickets tapi all they want is comfort and privacy dalam flight - meals, sentuh sikitttt aje! And in the end, crew jugak lah yang melantak cam binats gil gil babs dalam galley tu (hurmmmm that explains why my berat badan naik waktu I did international flights... hurmmmm). I mean, no doubt ade yang tak berape fancy airlines food - tapikan, kalau tak fancy ECONOMY class meals, mek leh terima la. Kalau Business Class and First Class tak fancy? Mek dinch tau la nak cakap ape lagi dah... Rugiiii rugi wooo! LOL!!!

As a crew pulak, serving dalam first class memang mencabar, but if you know what you should do, what not to do - service akan jadik tip top cepat. Biar la full load ke, light load ke, kalau tahu ape yang nak kena buat, no one can stand in your way (except for chiefs though... hehehe) Mek selalu dapat keje first class, sebab yer la, I was, a DC (Dedicated Crew) for FRCL (first class) and GCC (business class), and to me, keje in FRCL memang senorok, sebab tak ramai pax, dan senang keje. Kalau in Economy, hanjs lah. Dah la ramai orang, then, haiyoh, banyak keje lah! LOL! Tapi chances nak get to serve pax cando lebih di Economy kalu nak compare to chances in FRCL. Ehehehehe. Tapi ape ape pon, kalau mek dapat keje first class pon, mek tetap akan sebok2 ke GCC or ade kalanye sampai ke EYCL, saje, nak survey survey gittu! Hehehehe...

Oklah for now - hopefully semua dah dapat feeeling what is it like to be served dinner and breakfast dalam FRCL ek? Tunggu la lepas2 nih mek buat GCC pulak, ok? Daaaaa... bayennn semue! LOL!!!

i remember travelling economy class to UK by RBA heheh my teacher asked for a vegetarian sandwich and she got a leafy veg b/w two pieces of bread hehehe...kekek babe...takleh angkatzzzz

oh ya.. Mana perginyaa caviar, telur ikan yg korang suka hidangkan tu? tak sedap tapi pelik kenapa mesti ada benda tu..

then satu lagi, wan suka ais krim Haagen Dazs.. ummy.. slalu kalau dpt naik flight class utk international flight (for sure la free upgrade sbb check in lambat), sure akan dpt banyak haagen dazs biler jiran sebelah tak nak! hahaha...

thnaks kat semua cabin crew.. wan slalu feeling bayar first class walaupun sebenarnya skdr free upgrade! peace!!
